1.) Our Institute has complete infrastructure & expertise available to facilitate the conduct of SSB and Written Coaching. SSB Wing has specialists in all three techniques viz. GTO/ Interviewing Officer & Psychologist. Also, Mentors has a full-fledged GTO Ground available for training candidates in outdoor tasks. We focus on enhancing leadership skills towards the Personality Development of each candidate. Personal Attention is given to candidates and to facilitate this, the batches are made with a limited number of candidates. The Written Wing has teachers with vast experience and additional classes are undertaken periodically for the overall Personality Development of candidates as part of long term preparation for SSB

Mentors Defence Institute specializes in SSB and Written coaching for NDA/ CDS/ OTA/
AFCAT/ CAPF/ ACC TA aspirants. The institute also conducts NDA foundation course for
students of Std XI & XII.
An important feature of training at Mentors is that along with Written Coaching the
Institute also focuses on the overall personality development of candidates. It is pertinent
to mention that soon after qualifying in written exam the candidate has to face SSB where
personality of candidate is assessed for leadership skills. Since personality development
is a slow and dynamic process the short time frame available to the candidate for SSB
preparation is inadequate for personality change. Therefore the candidates along with
written coaching are periodically provided with SSB Orientation including classes on
Personality Development enhance their leadership skills i.e Officer Like Qualities. This in
turn facilitates them with long term preparation for SSB, where overall personality of
candidates is assessed.
The SSB Wing of Mentors Defence Institute has specialist officers from all three services,
with vast experience of being Senior GTOs / Psychologists and Interviewing officers in
various SSBs. Also, Mentors has a specialized GTO Ground and the Ground Testing
Area has all types of tasks available for training candidates in outdoor tasks. The main
